A student-run volunteer program at UCLA directly affiliated with A Wish for Animals Rescue
AWFA @ UCLA is a student-run program established to enable students to volunteer hands-on with a local rescue through fostering and other committee functions.
A Wish for Animals is a 100% non-kill, non-profit rescue based out of Los Angeles and Orange County with the goal of saving as many of our furry friends as possible.
AWFA @ UCLA strives to create a network of student dog fosters, increase community awareness and engagement, and educate members on animal rescue efforts.
There is no greater reward to see where these animals came from and see them thrive in their forever home.
AWFA @ UCLA is comprised of loving and caring volunteers who are divided into committees (fostering, adoptions, financial, marketing, and internal) based on individual preference. We also welcome all student fosters.
All animal lovers are welcome!
